Visual verification
For improved quality control we use a unique dual colour system. Depending on the pipe we choose either white or grey for the first coat and then the other colour for the second coat, alternating depending on the number of coats. This makes it simple to visually verify any spots that have been missed.
PICOTE 100% SOLIDS EPOXY
Used to rehabilitate decayed and damaged concrete, pvc, fiberglass, clay, cast iron and ductile pipelines. Designed exclusively for Picote’s Brush Coating System, the lock and load cartridges work with the Picote Smart Mixer to offer a mess-free solution. Available in cartons of 6, each carton box includes 6x 900ml: 2-part cartridges (3 white & 3 grey).
The Picote 100% Solids Epoxy 2-part solution is ASTM and NSF/61 certified.
Drinking (potable) Water Certified

PICOTE MINI PUMP
Safely secures to Miller frame. Combine with the Mini Miller or the Mini Cleaner for a portable compact system. The shaft, brushes & the resin delivery hose are very flexible, making it easy to navigate through bends even in small (DN32) pipes.
PICOTE MAXI PUMP
Combine with the Super Midi or the Maxi Miller to coat longer runs inside larger diameter pipes coating larger & longer surface area much faster. Wider profile brushes provide a smoother application and a thicker coat of material.
PICOTE SMART MIXER 2.0
The battery operated Smart Mixer 2.0 is a simple way to mix the dual component 100% solids epoxy resin. Simply lock and load the cartridges and dispense into the coating pump cup for a mess-free, easy solution.
PICOTE COATING BRUSHES / GRINDING PANELS
Custom designed, high-quality and long lasting brushes with nylon bristles for brush coating. They can be cleaned with acetone and reused multiple times. Grinding panels are attached to a hub and used before coating to prepare the surface for better resin absorption.
PICOTE HEATER
Have the need for speed? Now you can accelerate the curing process with the Picote Heater.
The Picote Heater can also be used to prepare pipes before brush coating by making sure that the pipe is as dry as possible first.
PICOTE RESIN DELIVERY HOSE / RESIN SUPPLY HOSE
For delivering Picote Dual Colour Epoxy from Resin Cup to the Pump and from the pump to the pipe. Available in 2 thicknesses one for use with the mini pump and one for the maxi pump. Resin supply hose is for use inside the pump housing and its available either in bulk or pre-cut to size.
